This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the specific commitments we make about mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent.

SMS and text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records or messaging consent to any third party, affiliate, lead generator, data broker or advertising network, for any marketing or promotional purpose, under any circumstances.

Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the messages you asked to receive, and are disclosed only to the telecommunications providers strictly required to transmit those messages (for example our messaging carrier). Those providers act as service providers processing data on our instructions. They are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing, and we do not treat that transmission as sharing for marketing purposes.
