CallQ.AI (“CallQ.AI”, “we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted business communications software, including voice agents, CRM, messaging and related tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the specific commitments we make about mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent.
Legal entity: CallQ, a limited liability company
Registered address: 101 N 1st Ave, Ste 900, Phoenix, AZ 85003, United States
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records or messaging consent to any third party, affiliate, lead generator, data broker or advertising network, for any marketing or promotional purpose, under any circumstances.
Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the messages you asked to receive, and are disclosed only to the telecommunications providers strictly required to transmit those messages (for example our messaging carrier). Those providers act as service providers processing data on our instructions. They are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing, and we do not treat that transmission as sharing for marketing purposes.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Messaging consent and opt-out records are retained for at least the period required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations, because deleting an opt-out record could result in someone being messaged again after asking us to stop.
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, notify you. We will not retroactively reduce the protections stated in the SMS and text messaging privacy section for information already collected.
