Qortex CX by CallQ

Answers

Before you apply.

Is Qortex CX live today?

Yes. Qortex CX runs every day for the sales teams inside our own company. What is new is offering it to other businesses. That is why we start with a few design partners instead of a public sign-up.

What do "Running today" and "Switched on with you" mean?

Running today means it runs every day for our own teams. Switched on with you means it is built and tested, and we finish the setup with you before we turn it on for your team: a carrier approval, a credential, or a persona in your voice. Each feature page says which is which.

What does a design partner actually do?

You run your real calling on Qortex CX. Once a week, a short call tells us what slowed you down, and we change the product in response. In return you get the platform, hands-on setup, and a say in what gets built next.

Where are you on SOC 2, HIPAA and uptime guarantees?

We are working toward them, and it takes time to do properly. For SOC 2 we have mapped our controls and chosen the audit platform; a report needs months of evidence first, so we do not have one yet. HIPAA we take on with a healthcare partner, because it rests on agreements specific to that relationship. During the design-partner period support is best-effort, with no uptime guarantee. If you need any of these from day one, tell us when you apply and we will give you an honest view of timing.

Can we text our leads?

Calling comes first. Texting turns on after the carriers approve your business for it (the registration is called A2P 10DLC). We file it with you, but the approval is theirs and the timing varies.

What costs extra on top of the subscription?

Phone calls, texts and AI voice minutes: what the providers charge us plus 30%, itemised monthly. There are no bundled minutes or messages. Everything else in the list has no separate usage charge. Extra seats are $99 a month each, agreed in writing. Custom work and any number or registration fees are agreed separately.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

Not necessarily. Qortex CX signs people in through Microsoft. If you already use Microsoft 365, your team uses the accounts they have. If you do not, tell us when you apply; we can usually set up Microsoft sign-in for your team as part of setup. There is no Google or password sign-in today.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Each partner runs on its own deployment, not a shared database. If you leave, we hand you an export of your leads and call history, then delete the deployment.

Held back

  • Enterprise SAML login. Switched off for a security reason. Microsoft sign-in is the way in.
  • Call recording review. Waits until we have proved, for your deployment, that only your people can reach your recordings.
  • Automatic call scoring. Paused while we get the scoring right. The coaching dashboard it feeds is included.

On the way

  • The mobile app. It is being finished against the first partners: their calls, their lists, the way they actually work. It goes live once that first stretch of real use is in.

A good fit

  • A team of about 3 to 25 people who spend their day on the phone
  • On Microsoft 365, or happy for us to set up Microsoft sign-in for you
  • Working leads you own: inbound, referrals, open houses, web forms, or lists you bought
  • Tired of paying for a phone system and a CRM that do not talk to each other
  • Willing to tell us every week what got in the way

Not the right fit yet

  • A call center with hundreds of seats, or one that needs vendor certifications today
  • A team that needs texting on day one
  • Anyone who wants to sign up tonight and never speak to us

Not yet

  • Signing up on your own. We set every partner up ourselves.
  • Texting on day one. It waits for the carriers to approve your business.
  • A SOC 2 report or an uptime guarantee. Both are in progress; neither is ready.
